 Tuesday, July 27, 2010 //  argh!!!!!pissed!! tat old colleague of mine did not come to work today.. n without telling reason y she's not here..ok fine..nvm.. until my boss told us tat she went n do her stupid canadian visa.. everything was fine..till her own customers kept calling in askin for is their china visa done, is my tour confirm?? den me and my colleague hav to rummage through her desk to search for her customers thing..wth.. now the interesting part is.. my colleague was on the phone..so i hav to pick up the phone n say "new star holidayS" den tis tour leader from reliance called n said.. she:"hi,i'm josephine from reliance..can u pls tell me the number i cant see it..tour code is OGN080729" me: okays..wat number u wan??o.O she: i got her passport n visa here..i cant see the number.. me: erm..okays..o.O she:can u pls read out.. me: i'm sorry..the person in charge is not here today..can i giv u tomolo? she: NO..i wan it today..cant u just read it out now? me: sorry..her file is quite messy..can i hav ur number? she: ok..my number is 56****** look for jo.. me: okay..call u bak later..bye she: bye n thank you. i go to the old colleague table n find for the document of tat 8 passenger she requested..cant find..cos her table is super messy.. den get help from my colleague..found the passport n visa copy.. called her me : can i speak to Jo? female(dono hu): okays..hold on.. put me on hold..got song summor..=.=.. female : hu's on the line? me : jaslyn on hold again.. she : hi jaslyn..thank you for calling bak.. me : okays..wat number u wan now??passport? she : no visa. me : okays..hold on..hav to find again. she : hello hello (she didnt hear wat i say) me : HOLD ON! on hold me :found it..which 1 u wan me to read 1st? she : *** **** ***.. me: erm..C****** she : wat C??now china visa no more C..can u see properly? me : oh sorry..its expired..i think my colleague photostated the wrong visa she : hello..can ask ur gal to photostat properly?? me : ok she : nvm..giv me the other passenger.. me : E******** she : other passenger me : sorry..cant see it.. she : how ur gal work??ask her to photostat properly lar.. me : not my fault..she's not here..i cant help it.. she : ask ur boss to fired her lar..how can she work lik tat.. in my heart..u fired lar..she's my boss sister..u so "li hai" u fired lar me : ok..i cant see all the number..she's not here i cant ask her she : nvm..i will call customer by myself den..next time ask her to photostat properly..if u cant see how u expect me to see it too.. me : ok..bye.. once i put down my phone i started cursing the old colleague n her.. if u wan to call customer..den say earlier lar..waste my time to talk to u.. not my fault u scold me lik the number will reappear again..dam.. n the old 1..really..speechles..did not settle her things be4 on leave..=.=  Leave a comment? // 0 Comment(s)
